2019Mueller wrote a letter to Barr in March saying that his remarks failed to capture 'context,nature and substance of probe' according to WaPo - no wonder Barr is fighting against testifying. Barr knew that Mueller was very unhappy with his actions when he did that ridiculous press conference.
