    Joe & Bernie have massive name recognition advantage over the field... i don't buy it, and i cant stand that we go looking for sexism and racism to explain everything, although sometimes real, it is WAY overplayed. You know my stance on females in politics, i'm all about it. Maybe they need a better candidate with better name recognition? If Michelle was in this race, you think she wouldn't be getting all the press and likely poll as a favorite?

    Was sexism at play when a female received more votes than anybody ever not named Barack?

    I'm sure there is sexism in voting,  but it's impossible to quantify without more data.  Just because 12% crossed over to vote the man doesn't mean that 11% did it for that reason.  That's the reason I don't like these articles,  or two hands statement earlier that the black vote regressed in 2016 mainly, only, or primarily because Obama wasn't on the ticket.

And she opens the introduction by taking full responsibility for the loss, because she was the head of the campaign and it was her job to win. She knows that. She says that. You wouldn't have to read much more than ten pages to get that. But as usual, the fucking media and its compliant consumers tell and believe whatever 30-second story confirms their bias against her. 

    It's unfortunate you won't check it out from the library. It was actually quite a fascinating look at a handful of the major issues she campaigned on -- not just an autobiography. I learned a lot. I cried a lot -- because she is brilliant, and it bothers me that the world, starting way back in the 1990s, just can't take that kind of brilliance from a female seeking power.

    I wouldn’t characterize it as “seeking power,” but rather, “seeking to lead.” Power comes with the position and responsibility to use it wisely, something Team Trump Treason doesn’t grasp.
