Trump is still a disgusting person, unfit to be President, and a crook, but the media got this Russia nonsense way wrong and just drives a bigger wedge in the country instead of just reporting the news. They played right into Trump’s Fake News rhetoric. Tough to disagree right now.
I wouldn't blame this on the media:
"The attorney general also stated that Mueller did not reach a conclusion on whether President Trump committed any offenses relating to obstruction of justice."The Special Counsel states that 'while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him,' " the letter reads." Honestly, I don't know wtf that means. If he didn't commit a crime why is he not exonerated? To me its the master of the Iran Contra coverup back to perform his magic. 0

Chuck Rosenberg has such a soothing voice. No Hip-hop reference from Ari in this clip though https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE1v5mF5qmA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE1v5mF5qmA

Yeah the crooks get away with crimes just because Muller didn’t strike gold doesn’t mean none were not committed it’s just that this crook is the best at this , so Muller was outwitted that’s a plus for the Baffoon he should win it going away in 2020 ..jesus greets me looks just like me ....0

Most spot on post I’ve seen in this entire thread. I’ll add that this was an epic waste of resources. Well said.bootlegger10 said:What a colossal failure of the media. If there was reason enough to investigate and to form a Special Council, then why was it a waste?bbiggs said:

Was it a waste investigating e.g. the disappearance of Madeleine Mccann just because they didn't find her? Or the murder of prime minister Olof Palme just because they didn't find the killer?
Sounds like a biased political talking point.Post edited by Spiritual_Chaos on"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

Anyone that says this was a waste of resources has absolutely zero idea what they are talking about.

I took it to say that there was no findings of collusion with Russia, but that Trump may have obstructed the investigation but not enough to be charged. So, no Russia collusion but likely some lies by the President.Lerxst1992 said:bootlegger10 said:What a colossal failure of the media. So I took it that the investigation was whether there was collusion and the answer is a clear no.Post edited by bootlegger10 on0

You are wrong about the focus of the investigation.bootlegger10 said:

The Special Counsel investigation (also referred to as the Mueller probe or the Mueller investigation)[1] was a United States law enforcement and counterintelligence investigation of the Russian government's efforts to interfere in the 2016 presidential election.

I don't think very many people thought that this report would come back with a determination that Trump colluded with Russia. That bar is way too high.josevolution said:So that’s it all done lol we’re good the country is in great shape he’s a great president ? What’s next ?
I've always hung my hat on financial crimes. That will be Trump's downfall.
The Trump fans that think Trump is exonerated and free and clear today haven't been paying attention.
This was one investigation of many.0

To continue on with multiple House led investigations, even after Mueller’s report concluded there was no collusion, is a complete waste of resources. I’m no investigative expert (somehow I feel many in here are not either), but this dragged on far too long, looking for something that wasn’t there.oftenreading said:Bentleyspop said:

I look forward to watch people claim Trump obstructed an investigation into a crime he never committed. Please. Keep going. I want to spike more footballs. I am not yet sick of the winning.bootlegger10 said:

I'm happy to see there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. I'd wager a guess that Russia did interfere in the election in some ways, and did want Trump to win, but if he wasn't in cahoots with them, that's a good thing.
