    Actually no.  It's not that simple for the Republicans.  This is going to go up to the SCOTUS where they will rule on how far powers extend.  If the administration prevails, then the next Democratic president will well within his rights and obligations to use them.  You can't break this genie out and then expect the Dems to put it back in the bottle.

    Actually no.  It's not that simple for the Republicans.  This is going to go up to the SCOTUS where they will rule on how far powers extend.  If the administration prevails, then the next Democratic president will well within his rights and obligations to use them.  You can't break this genie out and then expect the Dems to put it back in the bottle.  
    But when a democrat tries it, it will probably get to the SCOTUS, which will just ignore the precedent.  The courts are made up of party loyalists now.

    I stopped watching reality tv shows a really long time ago because I preferred good writing and scripts. I never watched thug's tv show and I can't wait until this reality show we're currently living through IS CANCELLED. Good grief it's making my country a big mess.
