    I say the less work he does as POTUS the better. People should work to get more distractions for him in the WH. Pay the guy $400K to literally do nothing but fuck around and eat and watch TV all day. That would have by far the best outcome.

    In the Trump universe, this means saying the same thing over and over to where it becomes common belief, even if not rooted in truth.  So what I mean is that once he understood he was not going to get money to "build the wall", just this past week, he started saying "finish the wall, not build it because you all know we've already started building it".  This is how he will declare victory to his supporters.
