I was worried for Tom considering his best friend, Donald, is really enduring a tough time. I thought he might be too upset to play.

good to see the Pats are up to their dirty tricks again. fake an injury so you can get more time to review a play to challenge. then Bellicheat has the balls to yell at Thelien for complaining to the ref about it.  classy organization still.

Good to see the Pats played another tough road game too...oh wait do they ever?

sure seems like field goal kickers have been worse this year than previous years. I don't know the official stats but sure seems like there have been more missed kicks.

While the ground game looks decent, the Pats don't look that great right now: Brady is showing his age, Gronk is battered, and the wideouts are an average group at best.

I don't see them faring well post season.

it's not against the rules but it shows a lack of integrity. of course the Pats have no integrity so it's not surprising.

24 receptions for 311 yards, averaging 13 per reception. Yea, wideouts were average. I agree on Gronk, he's broken. Brady certainly does show his age more often than not. But, shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. Big game at Pittburgh coming up. I still say they go 11-5 and make the AFC championship game.

someone explain to me the rationale of the Bears kicking the extra point and going to overtime?  the play there has to be go for two and the win. Kicking the extra point means you give the ball back to the other team and you have to score again.  One play to win is better than giving the other team the opportunity. dumb coaching decision.  Of course I thought kicking the field goal to cut the lead to 7 instead of going for the td on 4th down was also a dumb move by the Bears.

Len Kasper (Cubs announcer) is getting so much flack on twitter right now for saying the exact same thing about going for two. I agree with you both. Control your own fate!

Kinda agree with you on going for 2 but kicking the FG is 100% the right move.  They needed 2 scored regardless...kicking the FG keeps them alive and extends the game

Still think it's a lower perentage doing it that way they did to get the tie.  my thought on going for it was you were inside the 5 to get a td.  if you score td there and get the onsides kick you only have to make about one 1st down to be in field goal range to tie.  Kicking a Fg meant going 60 yards for a TD with no timeouts.  yes it comes down to one play for the TD but if you get that TD tieing would have been much easier and you still had a small chance to win the game with a 2nd TD.  again to me the better play is going for the TD there and trying for the onsides kick for the field goal.

The Giants won the coin toss, that's why they got the ball, that's not a sure thing.
And even at that they only managed a FG in OT, so Bears still had the opportunity to win the game.

When you are the better team (as the Bears were) you take the tie and take your chances in overtime.

Had Ron Rivera followed this philosophy in Detroit a couple weeks ago, Panthers might still make the playoffs and he might still have a job in January. Since he went for 2, he'll be hanging with Mike McCarthy in a few weeks. That's a true "dumb coaching move".

Shhhhhhhhhhhhh, pats have a game tomorrow and the playoffs up ahead. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
good to see the Pats are up to their dirty tricks again. fake an injury so you can get more time to review a play to challenge. then Bellicheat has the balls to yell at Thelien for complaining to the ref about it.  classy organization still.

Good to see the Pats played another tough road game too...oh wait do they ever?

sure seems like field goal kickers have been worse this year than previous years. I don't know the official stats but sure seems like there have been more missed kicks.

Waaaaaaaaaa. Theilin even admitted it’s not a violation of the rules and post outburst he sucked. Like a Team has never “faked” an injury before. Waaaaaaaaaaaa.
it's not against the rules but it shows a lack of integrity. of course the Pats have no integrity so it's not surprising.
Well not everyone can have the integrity of say a Lane Johnson.
show me one Eagle fan who defended Lane Johnson and said he shouldn't be suspended. we didn't make excuses or use the tired everyone does it like Pats fans have done on multiple occasions when caught cheating.  go ahead ill wait while you try to find one...
