As the article says, he is "unlikely to prevail", as it is generally accepted that journalists are allowed to report on court proceedings, but that hasn't stopped him.

    Jordan Peterson, too, has attempted to sue a university and threatened to sue a journalist who called his work misogynistic. Snowflake much?
