Just saying something like that isn't actually treason, is it?? I think you have to do more than that to commit that crime. I'm not saying he's not likely a traitor through action, just that him making a comment about America like that doesn't amount to it legally as far as I know. that's the debatable part. it's hard to define exactly that those words mean. there are some explanations i found by googling but none are truly concrete. My opinions is it will take direct evidence of him working with Russia and Putin to prove treasonous behavior.
