Team Mueller isn't leaking. Once Team Trump Treason purged the leakers from his White House and things quieted down for a spell, Team Trump Teason got nervous. Team Mueller doesn't need a "strategy" in his investigation other than to keep a tight lid on his investigation, which he's doing. And if there are leaks? The press should report them, if they deem its necessary for the public to know Team Trump Treason constantkly stating there "was no collusion" deemed it necessary for the public to know). And, if Team Mueller felt the leaks were damaging his ability to conduct a thorough, impartial inquiry, he could go before a judge and request a gag order. Changes the stakes dramatically. Personally, this will not be played out in the court of public opinion but rather before congress or a court of law, and as such, Team Trump Treason doesn't have a leg to stand on.bootlegger10 said:

I don't care what Team Trump is doing. This could be Mario vs. Luigi for all I care, or Batman vs. Superman. My point has nothing to do with who is involved but that the media is undermining an ongoing investigation and I don't think that is right. I don't know why you keep bringing up what Team Trump is doing. So because Trump says there is no collusion the media is now entitled to report Mueller's game plan if someone leaked it to them? I don't get the connection there.

If the press finds out about a crime then go ahead and report it. But I don't think they should be reporting details of the on-going investigation and strategy (even if the information fell in their lap).Go Beavers said:

Receiving the questions Mueller wants to ask Trump is news. The news reporter reported the news. I don't see what the problem is here.
So if someone leaked evidence that Mueller wants to use against Trump the media should go ahead and release it? I agree the questions aren't as big a deal, but why can't we let the investigation take its course? If Trump's team wants the questions leaked then they can post them on their website instead of using the press.

Well, we live in a democracy so neither the FBI director nor his wife need to pledge loyalty to a specific party or candidate. It should be more telling of the failure of the candidate when registered republicans vote against their meal ticket for once. Should we be firing all government employees who didn't vote for Trump? Also, are you married and if so has your wife ever done something without your involvement?
