Wtf are you talking about? It's not about how you read it. It's about acknowledging facts. The "WALL" hasn't even been approved for funding yet, and the final design hasn't actually even been finalized either. They are still just considering options. Also, the "WALL" is supposed to stretch for 1000s of miles. So why are you talking about 20 mile stretch of replacement barriers? That and the "WALL" are not the same things at all. I know you really want it to be, but that doesn't make it so. You didn't seriously think Trump's "WALL" was already being built, did you??
