    For what it's worth, I got mine in Southern California today, too. Cool single, lots of thought put into Deep (it's a tribute to the band's tour crew, which I'm sure some will bitch about, but it seems a lot more, well, deep than repetitive insight about the band). All in all, I'm happy. It obviously came way late but I had kind of forgotten about it anyway, and in a year is it really going to matter whether it came in February 2017 or December 2017? Most people on here aren't going to spin it anyway, especially with a digital download easily accessible.

    The single probably won't get to Australia until mid-January (if we're lucky), so we'll get a 2016 magazine and a 2017 single in 2018. No sign of a 2016 vinyl or 2017 magazine. 

    All of the speculation and arguments back and forth in this thread, and others, could have been avoided if 10C actually told us what was going on. It's as simple as that

    I really don’t care.  I’m kicking myself for paying $20 extra for the last two years for stuff I don’t care about.  Will be keeping the old lady at digital and changing mine back to digital next sign up, they’ve really lost me on everything but tickets and vaults lately.

    Some of us don't live anywhere near the places PJ play and are unwilling to pay for flights, hotels etc so get nothing else from the 10c apart from the single and the opportunity to buy other PJ music. For me, this is one of the reasons I am disappointed.

    I don't care about the newsletter at all, don't even open them. But I do care about the vinyl, no matter which songs are on it. 

    But mainly I keep renewing for concert tickets. I didn't even know they sent an annual 45 until after I had paid my $10 via snail mail in the mid-nineties. But it was a nice surprise, and something I look forward to every year.

    The stuff they send us is the stuff they're obligated to send, not some random "bonus". It is stuff we purchased by choosing the more expensive membership option.

    It isn't a bonus.  It's part of the annual membership benefits THEY are supposed to provide.  That's fine if it's not important to you and all you're in the club for is to buy tickets.  That's your choice.  Most of us want what we pay for, and it'd be real nice to get it in the year we pay for it for a change.  If they said "Give us $40 and we might send you something if and when we feel like it," then sure, anything that arrives is a bonus.  You sign up knowing you probably won't get anything from it.  But that isn't the terms provided under membership here.  When they state "Give us $40 and we'll give you x, y, & z" then we deserve x, y, & z and not just whenever they feel bothered to do so.  The complacency of fans that are okay with that type of practice isn't helping the issue.  No other fan club operates this way, and if they did, I doubt it would be received with such indifference.

    Cool. I was giving my opinion on it. I know others really want it and that’s cool. I gave all my singles away last year because I never listened to them but I’m sure I’m in the minority.

    That's fine, but your opinion included presenting false information about the benefits of an analog membership being a bonus. You get to buy tickets with a digital membership too. I'm actually baffled by all the people flushing the extra money down the drain without caring. Maybe it's because of all that money we'll be getting back on our taxes now :wink:

    Gotta agree with my friend Dyer here. They advertise the Analog membership to include an annual single. I haven't really bitched about this because I figured that they would make it up with a double 7" or something. But now it seems like they are labeling this single as 2017 and not giving any info about what happened with the 2016 single. Not a good look and really disappointing. I hope they rectify this with another single in early 2018. They really missed a great opportunity to do a 1995-like single this year. that would have made everything OK in my opinion.

    I started this post and couldn’t agree more with the last few. We love these guys. It’s not about that.  It’s poor business practice to do things the way they do.....listening Tim bierman????  The band needs to realize the ball has been dropped here and owe an apology at the least.  They are asking for trouble not giving us what we PAY for.

    I'm a Digital member and haven't received a Deep Magazine or a Single to download since 2015.  If this continues I won't be renewing my membership when it's due on November 30, 2018. :angry:
