I love this band.  I love ten club. I do not love not getting what I pay for.  Where is the single this year.  It’s got to be pure laziness on someone’s part because it’s not as if there aren’t choices out there and they haven’t been all that busy this year.  Just saying where’s my single ???

    I think that's what he meant. Even if the 2016 single had gone out on time, the deadline to join for the 2017 single is still a future date.

    At this point they should just combine 2016 and 2017 and give us four songs.  I'm digital so I know that would be easy enough.  Not sure if they can get four tracks on the vinyl, but if so, that would make sense.

    That'd be the problem in combining the two.. From what I heard, in 1995 they sent the double 7" single to anyone who was a member in 1994 OR 1995.. So basically, people who paid double the fees (both years) got the same thing that people who paid just for one got.
    And people back then didn't even have the internets for bitching about it!

    Saw that too, but unless 10C changed the way the way they're handling the single, I'm guessing it's something else. The single is usually made available digitally before the physical copies begin shipping:

    2016,2017?...... why don't they just make it a triple single and throw in 2018's too and maybe then they'd be a year in advance and people would stop the hundred threads on 1 topic... They're missing a trick if they don't do this ..

    It’s still bad practice if you ask me..... and let’s face it they didn’t have a whole lot going on where they couldn’t have put something together. It’s two songs and it’s really just a matter of picking them and some artwork. Again it’s not as if they are not charging us for this stuff.....

    I think we need to remember what happened this year.  One of my best friends killed himself in 1995.  I pretty much shut down for 6 months.  Work, school, everything, it all pretty much went on hold.  My friends were there for me when I came back to earth.

    Eddie went on a tour. Different healing process for everyone. But I don’t see how it should have affected a single. From 2016 too. 

    It’s just laughable now, I almost hope it doesnt come for another couple years so we can set a really good record that hopefully will not be broken.

    With the deep magazine going up for DL last week, this thing is done. Its probably just a matter of days. It was probably getting the band to put together the magazine which delayed it. I'm sure EV tours, deaths, and life just got in the way. We keep blaming the 7". Its probably the mag thats holding things up always.
