    It was probably the first thing he checked after Colbert roasted him. He doesn't attend security briefings, but if there's a TV ratings briefing, he's all over it.

    and to add to that, i read that this actually will assist Spicer in the future, where he can ask for a much more sizable amount for speaking engagements and appearances, all because of the Emmy's. Hollywood can be so stupid sometimes.
