It's not okay to normalize Sean Spicer.
That SOB was trotted out there to LIE to everyone in the room from DAY 1. Remember the Hitler comments? The "I see you shaking your head at me" to April Ryan...
The face of the Trumpito presidency. Get it? PEEresidency? #PEEresidency ?
But you were totally fine with Fallon normalizing Trump last year? To me that was WAY worse than normalizing the messenger at the emmys....

I wasn't fine with Fallon normalizing Trump last year. What I argued was that nothing else should have been expected of Fallon because that is how he rolls - he isn't a hard-hitting, political host and stays light, so when he ruffled his hair is didn't bother me like it did a lot of people. I knew before it happened that Fallon was just going to be friendly and goofy with him. But let's also remember that that was before Trump won the election. Back then, everyone still thought there was no way he could win so it didn't really matter. Now we're talking about people who have or had a real impact in the White House. I don't know if you're bothered to recall that I absolutely went OFF about Trump's misogyny being normalized. I was obviously never okay with Trump being normalized. The Juggler said:PJ_Soul said:

Hey, remember that time you tried to tell everyone that I think Cosby is innocent, when actually all I said, before more and more evidence piled up, was that I didn't know and would like to see more evidence? This is kinda like that time.

Spicer was a rube, a pasty. I struggle too see how anyone stops laughing at him and gives him enough credibility to care of he's on the Emmys or not.0

Latest tweet from President Donald Trump Folks (the bold is the tweet from President Trump)
Alabama is sooo lucky to have a candidate like "Big" Luther Strange. Smart, tough on crime, borders & trade, loves Vets & Military. Tuesday! I would not sign Graham-Cassidy if it did not include coverage of pre-existing conditions. It does! A great Bill. Repeal & Replace. The NRA strongly endorses Luther Strange for Senator of Alabama. That means all gun owners should vote for Big Luther. He won't let you down! Senator (Doctor) Bill Cassidy is a class act who really cares about people and their Health(care), he doesn't lie-just wants to help people!0

Hey, remember that time you tried to tell everyone that I think Cosby is innocent, when actually all I said, before more and more evidence piled up, was that I didn't know and would like to see more evidence? This is kinda like that time. Yeah yeah yeah....this was a little more than a month before the election and it was precisely that kind of "oh he's a joke/there's no way he can win" thinking that lead people to stay away from the polls...which lead to the predicament we find ourselves in now. Since the election, and since his ratings have fallen, Fallon has suddenly tried to take a more harsh tone towards him. Could've used that last year. Too little too late. Imagine if Fallon turned the tables last year and asked tough questions. And followed up on those questions when Trump would dodge or would simply be unable to answer them? Do you think that would've had an effect in the weeks leading up to the election....."Comedian Bests Candidate on the Issues!" Considering how close it was, I do. Would've gone viral in a huge, big way. Would've taken up a few news cycles for that week. But no. He ruffled his fucking hair and went for a cheap laugh instead. To me, the Spicer thing was more a joke at his expense and, more importantly, at Trump's expense. The Fallon thing was way worse because it, in a small way, contributed to us getting to this point in the first place. And I still can't believe you think Cosby is innocent! Unbelievable! www.myspace.com0
