There was news today about him rolling back Dodd-Frank provisions, but that's a little misleading. He is trying to roll back rules written by the FTC under powers granted by the Dodd-Frank. It's splitting a hair but he probably has that power since the FTC is part of the Executive branch. If he tries to completely scrap laws then we have an issue.0 -
