    The time will come in this country when people will be uncomfortable going to public gathering places that do NOT have metal detectors. That is if it's not already happening, this terrible and this act is in the state I live in.

    A few sources are saying it was committed by Omar Mateen, who, according to the FBI may have had jihadist leanings. I think they are being careful what they say. I guess you can be an extremist and a bigot. Actually I think those probably go hand in hand most of the time.

    50 dead....53 injured... what kind of monsters live in our communities and we don't know it. Horrible situation.

    Even with a metal detector, at that point, I'm not sure what good it would have done.

    My heart goes out to those people who were fucking ambushed, and those mourning them this morning.

    Wonder no further. As much as the apologists want to sprinkle unicorn poop and ferry dust on incidents like this, never forget you as an American are a infidel and must be slaughtered. More importantly God bless the victims and families of yet another terrorist attack.

    from what I've read an officer engaged him outside the club; the shooter then went into the club.
    what the hell kind of device did he have? are there know suicide bombers active in the u.s.?! fuck
