I'm also really glad they didn't do some big production box sets. I have many special box sets and rarely do I ever look at all the extra stuff beyond the first couple times I listen. I mostly just put on the record.

This is awesome! Just got back from a few shows and just found this out. Pretty smart to release these during tour time. As always the price is what it should be with face value Pearl Jam music and merch. (I'm talking to all you salivating flippers), at least wait a few years before you put a $24.99 record up for sale on ebay for 1million. Flippers are about to be stomped, I love this.
Imagine a Lost Dogs, RVM and Benny re-issue lol I can dream, right?
the heartbreak of all those people who have paid over a grand for the Benny on ebay would be devastating. But maaaaaan, I wish they would re-release em all!

I have these already but my Yield cover has a little water damage on it (that I tried to cover up with a black market) and my No Code cover has a small hole punched through it (promo copy?). I also have the singles.
hmmm.. should I buy more? I guess they abandoned the boxset idea... I'd like to know so I don't triple dip myself.
The big questions; will they be available at retail? Are the 10C versions diff in anyway? random coloured versions? Who wants to buy my originals for an inflated evil bay price?

If these are like all their previous reissues, then yes they will be available at retail. Their first 3 reissues are still really easy to find for $25-30. I highly doubt the versions sold on this site are any different as they are not restricted to 10C members. If they were going to do something limited and special they would not open it to the public for a pre-order.

It's not really flippers anymore is it? When the album's came out, vinyl was unpopular. No one knew it would have a resurgence. No one bought them with the sole intent to sit on them until demand exceeded supply? It's mostly collectors shifting them around? I consider flipping to be to buy something now, and immediately flip it for profit. Something being a collectors item because it's 20 years old and in short supply is something different.
Someone should of sold me my house at it's original price
edit: but yes, it is awesome they got reissued. Let's everyone have them and not just collectors.
now that these albums are FINALLY mastered for vinyl I would sell any overvalued original pressings some of you guys may be holding onto... i think their value is about to plummet and I assume the sound might be inferior as well
I won't sell mine until i hear these remasters. the Ludwig mixes for the SP remasters left a lot to be desired. not sure if PJ was involved in these mixes but i am glad i held on to my original LPs.
at least Ludwig is old school and hopefully PJ recorded to Analog. i know this has been discussed before but i can't remember if No Code and Yield were analog or not...
the OG Yield is not very impressive so i am looking forward to this remaster.
I'll stick with the op's til we get some audio reviews. Ludwig was responsible for Ten Redux and Backspacer...two of the worst sounding records PJ has put out.

what are the SP remasters?
Smashing Pumpkins.... they went thru a whole remastered for vinyl campaign as well and they didn't sound so good compared to the original versions. Ludwig was behind the Gish and the Siamese Dream i think.

WOW - five pages in and NO ONE is complaining about the value of their vinyl collection going down?
that is more surprising than 10c releasing these things!
Well, then allow me to be the first.
WAAAAH! There goes the value of my non-existent vinyl copies of No Code and Yield! I will not be able to support my family with my non-existent vinyl investment.
On a side note, I'm sure these are going to me mass produced. There is no mention of this being a limited run. This is no different than all the prior reissues. It's a shame they didn't release a box set. I was hoping PJ would release the Blu-ray shows where they played both albums in their entirety in the 2014 tour for the box set. Very happy they are re-releasing the singles for those who want them.
