redrock wrote:Hey Chime - how was your week-end with Dave and Stoney?
Why that would be telling ....
T'was good. I'm now sat at work though while Dave is watching the footie and Stoney should be about to arrive home to watch the footie :(
Couple of bands I hadn't seen or heard of that I will be looking into Rosehill Drive (v cute) and The Answer. Rosehill Drive are playing in London tonight but don't think I have the energy
Casbah Club. Not my thing.
Eels good. Dave is a fan and think he enjoyed it but was a little bemused as he didn't recognise most of the stuff they played
The Zutons. Fine.
Flaming Lips were ... well ... The Flaming Lips. Usual bizarre antics so pretty entertaining
The Who. Good. Played quite a few new songs aswell as the classics. Think Pete wasn't in the best mood. They finished 15 minutes earlier than scheduled and Dave didn't get My Generation
Also was a little chillySo are we strangers now? Like rock and roll and the radio?0 -

well a slightly perturbed baboon would just be silly wouldn't it!
when people are frightened their hair sticks up... so the drummer from Blink182 must be scared absolutely shitless.oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
It was OK then :( ... not more - the music part, that is. I'm sure the Dave and Stoney part you will not talk about was out of this world
:D:D:

i suppose with 10000+ posts people might be aware of her... I'm just surprised today isnt some form of Irish Public Holiday... since she is the Chairwoman of the Irish Tourism Board
where the fuck is she anyway... inconsiderate wench.... probably upping her swallowing countoh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -

My birthday is a public holiday................................ in Belgium!0 -
dunkman1974 wrote:Dublin is the only gig near the UK really... well in another English speaking country at least!
Reading and Leeds dont count as it will be shorter setlists and PJ fans will have to mingle with Placebo and Slayer fans... a fate so bad that I wont see them in this situation... Goth i can handle...well to a point... miserable fuckers... but heavy metal dickheads I cant... its all the same fucking tune... shite :(
so anyway... yes... Dublin is the closest solely for PJ arena type show on this tour...
as for the 5000+ posts i would blame this gy called UKDave... he is one weird mofo... always typing stuff about wanting to play with Al's pink bagpipes ...or something
no i hate goths the most its like your not depressed you pretentious retard but ya i was afraid pearl jam would do slane and we would have to put up with a bunch of retards"If you remove the English army tomorrow and hoist the green flag over Dublin castle, unless you set about the organisation of the socialist republic then all of your efforts would have been in vain. England will still rule you through her capitalists ,landlords and commercial institutions"0 -
I'm more of a sexy yeti (Thankfully no hairy back  )
Hells is currently being held aloft the Spire in honour of her achievements to the development of mankind....in other words busy with a pole up......I'll leave it:D

i was thinking if i killed the Queen then they held the funeral on my birthday then it would be a public holiday... which is pretty cool :cool:oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.0 -
