I don't know what you mean. Marijuana overdosing is a huge problem in this country. Kids and adult alike are ending up in alleys, gutters, stealing, raping, coming over our porous borders and having the gay marriage due to smoking reefer. We need to fix this problem. I'm glad the governor has the courage to take such a stand.0

"She was living in a single room with three other individuals. One of them was a male, and the other two, well the other two were females. God only knows what they were up to in there... and furthermore, Susan, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to learn that all four of them habitually smoked marijuana cigarettes... reefers."...
That's hilarious... more destructive than death.0 -
I'm gonna need to see some numbers on the "marijuana overdosing" you're referring to. I can honestly say I've never heard of a single person od'ing on weed.mrussel1 said:I don't know what you mean. JeffBR's post above, showing the clear dangers of the pot (green tambourine?) is all the empirical evidence that is required. As science has shown, it's more destructive than death.

You are talking about yourself, correct? Marijuana causing illegal immigration and 'the gay marriage'? There wasn't an ounce of seriousness in my post.I think it's time to figure out sarcasm and satire.

This forum is such a weird place. I've had many interactions with people that sound just like what you're saying, mrussel, and it took me a while to figure out if it was a joke are not. Some are and some aren't joking. My apologies.Post edited by Dr.Teeth and the Electric Mayh onlooking to hear of the earth0

No worries. I'm not that insane, but I can parrot a crazy person pretty well. I read the blogs from RedState and National Review just to see what they are saying. Makes it easy to imitate. This forum is such a weird place. Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont began his day of campaigning Wednesday by criticizing Hillary Clinton’s support of welfare reform in 1996, accusing her of backing legislation that ultimately increased poverty levels and led more Americans to face economic anxiety.
“What welfare reform did, in my view, was to go after some of the weakest and most vulnerable people in this country,”0 -
“When my mother says she’s going to vote for Hillary Clinton because she’s a woman, to me that is identity politics at its worst,” Soldati tells Quartz. “It’s putting the value of a female president over the value of a president with your values.”

"We don't need Muslims. We need smart, educated, white people," according to the male voice on the calls, which began Thursday night and urge voters in New Hampshire to vote for Donald Trump.usamamasan1 said:“When my mother says she’s going to vote for Hillary Clinton because she’s a woman, to me that is identity politics at its worst,” Soldati tells Quartz. “It’s putting the value of a female president over the value of a president with your values.”

So... if people that vote for Hillary are engaging in identify politics, as evidenced by that one quote above, then it must be true that people that vote for Trump are racists..as evidenced by this quote from a robocall on CNN. Does this mean you're a racist?0 -
Sexists supporting Hillary Clinton and racists supporting Donald Trump are not mutually exclusive. Clinton became a caricature of gender politics in 2008 and we have seen flashes of the same in 2016. Trump meanwhile is drawing large swaths of support from the racially charged underbelly of the GOP.
Both are repulsive...yet both look like winning strategies for the nomination.___________________________________________

I don't think Hillary is actively playing the gender politics role. In her debate performances, she has focused on Obama's legacy and that Bernie threatens to dismantle it for something that is not possible vs. the methodical moving forward of the progressive agenda. I'm not arguing that there aren't people who will vote for (or against, frankly) her because she is a woman, rather that I haven't seen her personally playing that card.JimmyV said:Sexists supporting Hillary Clinton and racists supporting Donald Trump are not mutually exclusive. Disagree. This is a campaign strategy regardless of whether or not she personally has uttered the words.mrussel1 said:

Perhaps... but I'm a man and I will be voting for her because I actually think she is qualified for the job, certainly more so than the other candidates.JimmyV said:
