The difference would be, If you didn't do cpr, EVER, and were forced not to by the guidelines of your job, then one day it became legal. Would you continue to preform your job the way you see best fit? Or change it overnightgimmesometruth27 said:this would be like me being a paramedic and refusing to do cpr because it is god's will that the person stopped breathing.
jesus said nothing about cpr, or anything related to lifesaving medicine, therefore it is not for me to act.
that would make me a pretty much worthless paramedic. they do a lot of cpr.0 -
and no, this is nothing like jesus' situation.
until this woman is up on a cross and wakes up and walks away on the third day, this is absolutely nothing like jesus.
JESUS DID NOT EVEN SPEAK ABOUT THIS ISSUE!!!"You can tell the greatness of a man by what makes him angry." - Lincoln

If you don't respond to my questions I will have to consider you a hypocrite for criticising us for failing to debate your points.
Keep pushing and trying to insinuate I am a hypocrite but honestly I already answered your questions. You just want to bully me like everyone else.
The problem is not with what she believes but in how she is forcing others to abide by her beliefs, in denying legal licenses.
Anyone wants to see her as a martyr or pious, go for it. I find her (in)actions repugnant.0 -

If that isn't a disgrace to marriage, nothing is!
If you don't think she is a hypocrite for trying to force beliefs she is incapable of upholding herself upon others, then I simply don't understand how your logic works.
This 1740 business was also addressed, and ignored.
What do you have to say to the multitude of accounts of homosexual relations that were a regular and well known cultural practice at the time when Jesus lived?
You haven't presented a shred of credible evidence to back the opinions you push as facts.Monkey Driven, Call this Living?0 -

Since you are all about debating posts, as you have admonished us for failing to do, I wonder why you haven't responded to the rebuttals to your "Michelle is a man" theory?JUST A GIRL said:
Yes. You could just reply. Instead you choose to personally insult me.Last-12-Exit said:Just a girl:
Are you going to accuse me of bullying you if I say I think your opinion is asinine?
You call her a bigot, I call her a hero. She's doing Gods work, at least someone has the nerve to offend this overly pc society by sticking to what has been the law for ages. It changes overnight under Obama (which goes back to the fact that I believe he is gay and Michelle is a man) and suddenly everyone has to comply? These laws were in place for a reason, as its a SIN for two people of the same race to be married. The bible says it, not me.PJ_Soul said:
You think a bigot who lays her bigotry on God and who refuses to support equality for everyone, and who is pushing for continuing inequality under government and law, is comparable to, and maybe more important than, Martin Luther King, Jr??JUST A GIRL said:
Seems pretty comparable, if not more important than mlk imo. This is groundbreaking. She's a martyr in the current times.brianlux said:
This is a joke, right? One article I read states, "Davis' lawyer, Roger Gannam, said it was the first time in history an American citizen has been jailed for believing that marriage is a union between one man and one woman. He compared her willingness to accept imprisonment to what Martin Luther King Jr. did to advance civil rights."Last-12-Exit said:This woman's lawyer is a bigger douche bag than she is. He just compared this woman to Martin Luther King Jr. What a fucktard.
The nerve! The irony!
What the fuck??????
And you're being borderline offensive with the what the fuck????? No need for that. It's another shot at me that doesn't need to be taken. I don't scream wtf when you say things I clearly disagree with.
Also, please answer this question:
Do you support Sharia law?
Shouldn't Muslims be allowed to use their deeply held religious convictions to deny women drivers licenses at the BMV?
What is your response to the photos of Michelle as a child, clearly her, clearly a girl?
Again, you claim to be about debating posts and not sinking to our level, so pony up!
Would you support Muslim officials in the government denying drivers licenses to women, marriage licenses to gays, and gun permits to anyone because of their deeply held religious beliefs?Monkey Driven, Call this Living?0 -

And so what if Jesus was gay? Or "pansexual"?
I'd like to know about the 1740 timeline as well. Homosexuality came about because of prisons (which didn't exist prior?) and is therefore a choice and therefore reversible?
See, I can make some leaps too!0 -
