    man a jacket like this is nasty, if he is guilty...hammer him ! but if he's not and the cops busted him on the actions of his charity director it's already too late because now the public will always suspect him of child porn anyway, this is where the media can really hurt someone.

    If it turns out Jared is not charged with any crimes, could he sue the FBI for $50M for defamation? I think so. It's not like this guy is renown for dunking basketballs.

    The Feds better be sure they are confident that he is guilty of child porn or they will look like morons.

    And that's the thing - like mickey said, it hasn't been made clear exactly what this is about. FBI's doing their thing as they must. The rest is just a media clusterfuck and Subway thinking they're damage-controlling with the ever-expected PC-ness. I haven't eaten their food in awhile, but when I did?

    Jared played no part. Has he for anyone recently?

    Sidenote, it's pretty sad that this (non?) story has garnered so much attention - at least on the local news front.

    I ate there about a month ago a veggie sub never gave a thought to the guy. In fact when a co worker told me about this I said "Jared who?" He explained the fat guy that became skinny. Yes they better make sure they can make some kind of case other than what might be on his computer such as CP individual videos etc. Sort of reminds me of the situation that Pete Towesend got himself into some years ago and the guy from the Atlanta Olympics bombing. Many jumped to conclusions till it all finally got sorted out.

    How is this a non? news story in your eyes?

    Jared is the FACE of one of the BIGGEST restaurant chains in the WORLD.
    The guy HE HIRED to run his charity(here we go again...those fucking charities)..has been busted for child porn.
    Obviously the FBI had to have some type of probable cause to go and search this guy's house...right?

    Sounds like a news worthy story to me.

    dispite what the FBI has searched his home for it's the media that tossed out the child porn headlines and if this guy is not guilty and anybody gets sued the media should..all and any who reported Jared and child porn bust (yes even fox news), the FBI will follow up on any evidence or probable cause and who knows what the charity orginizer had to say ?

    The stories coming out of Jared selling porn from his college dorm, are kind of fucking weird. Right? I guess its a known FACT that this guy was, lets just say, a little fucking strange. From what I have read, it was just common knowledge, that ole Jared would sell porn for $1 day.
