Just completed week 4. Still in column 1. I did 80 push-ups in 15 minutes with my rest breaks a bit extended. I maxed out at 20 in last set. Who woulda thought?

I need some advil.

It sounds to me like you are ready for a bigger workout. The best I have ever done is what we used to do in the Marines to kill time when bored (I was in during peace time so lots of unused time during the day). You need a pullup bar around or can just use the top of the door jam. Do a 60 second set of pushups (as many as you can do as fast as you can), move to a max set of pullups and then move immediately to a 60 second max set of crunches. Take a small breather and then repeat again. You go through a few rounds and you won't be able to feel your arms/abs.

This 1st week has been SO MUCH easier, for me. After not doing any for a month, I figured it would be a disaster. But it has been much easier than I had thought. Though I am sure by week 3-4, I will be bitching and moaning. Hahaha
