    Good job Speedy! You are well on your way to 100.

    I did 100 consecutively for the first time ever just a few months ago. Then I did 500 in one workout but definitely overdid it.

    70 consecutive PU is nothing to joke about.Thats awesome speedy.For a change of pace have you ever used a deck of cards for PU count.Fun to add into your routine.You can do it with friends.

    Got my 90 pushups done this morning. WOO HOOO!!!

    And tomorrow I join the health club down the street. The place is brand spanking new, and its only $9.95 a month. I am ONLY using it for the pool. I am so thrilled I can start my lap swimming again.

    $9.95 a month for lap swim? NICE!!!!!!!

    Wow speedy! 90!!

    That is a great price for access to swimming. Feels good to grab hold of your health, doesn't it?

    So in the last week, my 3rd week, I gave myself an extra day off between day 2 and day 3. Big Bonus! Instead of just one days rest between each day, I gave myself an extra day going into that 3rd day. Smart move on my part. Made things a lot easier.

    Cant wait to swim!

    That's not a break if your in full plank maintaining a load on the arms.Good stuff.A set of hundred is damn good

    Me too speedy. Sticking to the program. Today I did 50 with rest breaks. Yesterday was upper body and core day with weights so I'm kind of surprised I made it today. I'm getting down lower too. :-) my 7 yr old son was inspired to join me. I think he could do push ups all day. Youth.

    I just finished week 2.
    went from a max 11 to max 20.
    I am just barely keeping pace....that last repetition where you max out I'm lucky to make minimum.

    The worst of times..they don't phase me,
    even if I look and act really crazy.

    Ill finish up week 4 this Friday or Saturday.
    Ive had the same problem the last few workouts...As far as being able to do that MAX set at the end.

    What I do to compensate?
    I will wait 60-120 seconds and just do another set of my MAX.
    I do that other set, and I don't feel guilty about not hitting my MAX the 1st time around.
    Also, I have been giving myself 2 days rest between workouts.

    OK I'm in. Got 15 solid ones in and didn't count the couple cheap ones I tried to sneak in at the end. I can really feel that 35 lbs I've gained the last couple years.

    I'm near the same spot your are in the workout and that last set is killing me too! I just take a short break and finish out that last set. Its tough but I like feeling the burn the rest of the day! I'm looking forward to increasing my total in the coming weeks!

    Probably wait till Monday to do my next test.
    I am not really worried though. I will stay in column #2.
    36-40 isn't going to be an issue.
    Funny how the body works. Eat good and exercise....And you get stronger?

    Amazing the way the human body is so moldable.

    I'm mid week 3. I fell down to column 1 this week but still going strong. My in-house push ups coach approves my form and technique too so there's that. Resting today and more push-ups tomorrow
