I started last night. It was doable! Very happy in column 2 week 1. No knee push ups either, only the real deal. I'm not too sore today either. I can feel my pecs and lats but they aren't screaming. Good start. I love a challenge. Thx for the inspiration

They can be different.But ours is about 20-30 people in a dark room,with nothing but a black light on and loud as shit music.(They instructor chic is a friend so she always adds PJ and Foo Fighters to the music)All high energy stuff.Basically it's an hour of ass kicking stationary "spin"biking.Very fast paced.Lots of sprints,or heavy climbs,up and downs called jumps.Its a cardio feast.Your drenched when you come out.Best part Im one of like 3 dudes in the whole class,lots of sweaty fit women in LuLu Lemon pants.Including wifey of course.Its a blast every gym has these classes.

Live classes streamed right to my bike. In addition, there's a whole library of classes available on demand if your schedule doesn't fit the live class schedule. They do awesome themed rides "90s grunge ride" "modern rock ride" are two of my recent favorites. They play random pj too and take requests. I've developed a relationship online with the instructors and other at home riders as we compete with each other and push each other along. It was a little pricey but it's one of the best gifts my hubby ever gave me. It's completely changed my fitness, my body and its a blast! I'm still trying to get them to do some crazy sprints to SPIN! SPIN! SPIN THE BLACK CIRCLE!

That's cool stuff.As I'm reading it ,im yelling at my wife to check it out.Shes really hardcore into fitness.Im going to research this interactive angle. i get in 2 classes a week of spin,1 private Pilates session and try to lift 4-5 days.I could see where getting a class or 2 at home would also be convienent.Thanks for the heads up.

That is so true! What's even more irritating is that just after telling me how I could improve my own technique he had to tell me (again) how once when he was in physical therapy for his back pain, his therapist told him he has "perfect" push up form. Eye roll.
Then I hear this little voice that says that men are just designed for push-ups more so than women. However, I've never been one to allow my excuses to make decisions for me. So onward to week 2. Down to the floor I go.
