    I agree with you. All the vinyl will be laid out and people will just start putting them into boxes. Much the same way the mystery boxes were done. Some people had really cool boxes others not so much. If they wanted to make sure you got at least $50 in value they would have stated it. Its pure random draw and I can't wait for a shot. $50 for a shot at a benny set or a PJ20 colored set is more than worth it.

    Ok, I think I just crapped in my pants. I have not missed waking up through the middle of the night onthe 10th of the month since 1983. But I did last night. I see the dreaded headline when I opening the email, , "Mystery Vinyl Package" and my heart skips a beat. Then I see the 18th of April. Whoo hoo.

    Thanks Santos. Awesome opportunity for 10C members. I remember the excitement of mystery box (Ronald McDonald & Columbus 2010 which is framed and hanging in my bar ) & the mystery poster box (St. Paul 2006), glad we went to the show in 2014.     I love this idea. And what's even more impressive is that I got to the third page of this thread before i read a negative comment. (new record?)

    I'll be looking forward to this opportunity. "Score" or not, there are a lot of items on that list I don't currently have so they'll still find a welcome place in my collection. Bring it on and good luck to those who are trying.

    Super excited about this. I know mine will have a Christmas single and a side project lp but the shot at a Benny or rvm for 50 bones is awesome and worth it. Besides the lost dogs forum is going to be insane afterwards!

    I noticed that nothing in the contest info says these packages are going to be put together randomly. I'm guessing that 10C will try to balance out the packages by putting something rare in with the more run of the mill stuff. No way will anyone get something like a black Backspacer and a recent christmas vinyl in the same package, in my opinion.

    I second the thought that they're being put together "one rare" with "one common."

    No, you probably won't get one Coke bottle Ten and one blue Fixer, but you also probably won't get the black Backspacer with 2011 single.

    Anyone else notice the lack of vinyl from the potential next two reissues? Every vinyl except No Code, Yield, Binaural or Riot Act? Coincidence?
