    An alternative solution:

Ten club, add a couple of bucks to the cost of the tickets and put the stickers in the envelope with the tickets... every and each ten club member will have his own sticker and who wants to buy them in bulk can still do it (for profit, non-profit, public and private)...

This. Or a limit of 10 per person at a time. Need more? You get to ride the line ride again.
I would be for that. Once the band starts playing buy what you want, but before that time put some limits in place (and make sure the vendors stick to it). Unless they just print more stickers...

Agreed! It's getting a bit ridiculous. Anything over 4 or 5 should not be allowed. Don't be greedy, people...

And print more. They can easily move excess stickers in the shop.

Plus stickers are ridiculously cheap to print. I work for a trucking company and design decals for our trucks. The last stickers I had printed, which were three-color, 3x4", on vinyl (same as PJ sticks). I had 1,000 printed and shipped for $158.00 usd. I'm guessing PJ probably gets a better price break for volume. But it's still less than a couple of pennies to print a sticker.

I'm cool with people collecting whatever, just don't be a greedy dick about doing it.

im 36 years young. I have stickers on my car, guitars, guitar cases, amps, snowboards, skateboards, refrigerator, garage walls, and in books like children. we are all different. we don't all long for fresh polo tops and changing shitty diapers....

Man you really are defending your sticker collection. Cool.
Just to let you know, five year olds are usually potty trained and don't shit in diapers any more . ;) But you re right, it was the highlight of my day! Knowing my kids weren't constipated was a beautiful thing.
I'll ride the wave where it takes me......

Seriously grown adults are buying more than 20 stickers to trade away? I mean there's 12 shows this tour, how bout limiting it to 12 stickers?

adults crying and bitching and complaining about stickers boggles my mind... we have something in common, we are both boggled.

I don't do the sticker thing so I don't really have a "dog in the fight" type thing here but to me seems there should be a limit. I have mentioned in many threads that I wish there was a good solution to getting the tour merch that we want. I came away from Wrigley with nothing last year. That kinda sucks. Not because I'm a "collector" or being "childish" just simply because there were some really cool items at a show I attended and arrived early yet couldn't get and now seeing these items for ridiculous prices. Anyway, can't wait for the show tonight here in STL!! Hope everyone gets the merch they want and I'm sure will see another amazing show!!!!! Hopefully will meet some of you at the preparty. Peace.

how immature of eddie vedder, he puts stickers on his belongings. his kids should be doing that, while he bitches and complains and judges others

Do you think Ed waits in line to buy 25 of the same sticker so people behind him in line won't get one?
This show, another show, a show here and a show there.

  • Witnessed a couple guys in front of me wipe out the buttons and stickers by buying about 75 to 100 of each between the two. That was around 2:00. Overheard he was first in the GA line. Hope he was doing favors for others in the GA line.
