    Franklin to PSU is a great move. As a Maryland alum, it hurts. This guy was our head coach in waiting until the new AD came in and butchered everything with the football team. He is a monster recruiter and with the money behind him at PSU and the sanctions going away, he should bring in top 10 classes every year.

    Yeah, especially with Maryland moving to the Big 10. Yikes, their recruiting just took a hit.

    I am excited, to say the least. I think Hackenberg is just fine with this as well.

    yeah, its going to be just like the old days. All the best recruits in the area will go to PSU, and we'll lose to them by 50-60 every year. :))

    Joyner called Golden's agent yesterday to say they wouldn't be hiring him, so, I guess he wasn't completely out of it. Sounds like him pressing them last Saturday for a contract was probably right. Also, sounds like Golden would have still taken it.
