    one of those few bands who has gotten better with age. but the early ones are cool too....just not as experimental and shit. i love this band.

    No link but a tweet from MMJ.... Flaming Lips, Theivery Corp, Preservation Hall band and some other mariachi band are coming to One Big Holiday!!

    Hell yeah this is going to get all kinds of weird. Flips are insane.

    been out the loop with MMJ recently, are they working on a new album. would love to see them return to scotland hopefully next year... missed them the last time.

    Twice opening for PJ... 6 times on their own... although the Philly show at the eFactory doesn't really count since my friend was not having fun and I left early rather than deal with the grumbling...

    I've only seen them 4 times. Besides PJ and Phish, this is the only band I will travel for from now on. After seeing them last year a few times I was 100% on board and I honestly believe they are one of the top 5 live bands you could pay money to see right now.

    2 opening for PJ (although didn't see the whole sets)

    4 times on their own.

    I need to make this number bigger. I wish I had the cream to go to Mexico. It's going to be amazing.

    And I agree, 63. They are at, or at least near, PJ's level when it comes to live shows. I will absolutely travel to see them. They do a great job switching up their sets (although the Circuital tour got a wee bit stale), but they can really bring it live.

    Yup. I said that if they can build off of the Spontaneous Curation tour and keep playing like that with the varied sets, it would catapult them to the top of the top. So far they have done a great job of switching sets and I think that by them breaking out the old stuff they realize how much more support they are getting and having more fun.

    That was their Binaural tour IMO :D

    just three for me, but all headlining shows at 3 different venues. St. Augustine Amphitheatre, Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, & Hard Rock Live Orlando. I need a fix!!!

    Only seem them once. At Summerfest 2006 in Milwaukee. Need to see them again badly. I live in Arizona and I think they were part of the Arizona boycot because of that whole SB1070 thing. Hopefully artists come to their senses and realize that they are only punishing their fans. Not sure if that boycot thing is over or not...

    I saw them 3 times on that tour and they shot up to my second favorite live band ever because of the varied, intense sets. Radiohead used to hold that two spot.
