Stavo leggendo un articolo interessante come ogni giorno possiamo fare qualcosa per fare cambiamenti nel nostro mondo ...
Facciamo fare la differenza a tutti noi, uno per uno.
Mi piace parlare con la gente io non so neanche - solo per pochi minuti, anche quando ho checkout presso il negozio grovery - così tante persone interessanti, con storie da raccontare.
Cercare di stabilire un contatto ey quando si parla con qualcuno
Mando biglietti di ringraziamento - che insegno questo ai miei figli
Dare complimenti - le persone si sentono bene
Invia fiori, se possibile,
Consente di essere piloti cortesi e lasciare la rabbia roda dietro
Vivere ogni momento con entusiasmo
Appriciate le cose positive nella vita
Perdona - questo è un duro per me - a volte mi tengo stretto vecchi sentimenti e io non riesco a lasciarla andare ...

I was reading an interesting article how every day we can do something to make changes in our world...
We do make a difference all of us, one by one.
I love talking to people I don't even know - just for a few minutes even when I checkout at the grocery store - so many interesting people, with stories to tell.
Try and make eye contact when you talk to someone
Send thank you cards - I teach this to my children
Give compliments - make people feel good
Send flowers if possible
Lets be courteous drivers and leave the road rage behind
Live each moment with enthusiasm
Look at the positive things in life
Forgive - this is a tough one for me - sometimes I hang onto old feelings and I can't seem to let go of it ...

Over the past many years, I have gone on countless of walks all around my neighborhood. The amount of miles I have logged in is incredible. Along the way I have met some wonderful people who live around me. They are mostly late 50's to late 70's and I always stop to say hello and I enjoy their company and conversations. My walks can last several hours depending on who I meet and talk to on that day....
A special thanks to all my neighbor friends - Lou and Melanie... Lou and Diane... Old man Bob, Rita, Nancy, Jo, Marsha, Valerie and her boyfriend Roger, Barb, Christina, Tracy, Bill (RIP), Lonnie, Kerry, and many more but can't remember their names - ooops....
I have been invited into their home and we talk about anything, and everything. I have been part of kitchen remodeling projects, school kids off too college, death of spouse, death of aging parents, yard work and so much more...
Thanks to all of you....
Nel corso degli ultimi anni, sono andato su innumerevoli passeggiate nel mio quartiere. La quantità di miglia che ho eseguito l'accesso è incredibile. Lungo la strada ho incontrato alcune persone meravigliose che vivono intorno a me. Sono per lo più fine degli anni 50 a fine anni 70 e mi fermo sempre per dire ciao e mi piace la loro compagnia e conversazioni. Le mie passeggiate può durare diverse ore a seconda di chi mi capita di incontrare e parlare in quel giorno ....

Homemade Strudel di pere con panna fresca e caffè.
