Eminem??? He's still making music??
Nine Inch Nails are amazing live but once again, would reeeeeeally love to see them on their own tour. I saw them at Soundwave last time and they still blew me away but would love a more intimate setting for their next show.

My apologies if this has already been posted but noticed this:

He actually uses the words "three bands". Not acts.

Imma guess they poach the Lollapalooza lineup for at least 3 of the following(no Pearl Jam):

    NIN
    Queens of the Stone Age
    New Order
    The Cure
    Mumford and Sons
    The Phoenix

If that is true, other than Pearl Jam that lineup is trash....I was thinking about making the trip down there for this but that lineup = meh

So I get to see Mudhoney, a bit of Blur and then Pearl Jam to cap it off?

    Sounds like a good time.

Yeh I've seen Pearl Jam, too. But I can't remember the dates.

i can confirm they are definately playing. If you view the HTML page source for the big day out webpage, you will see the location of all the images used for the page. i simply tried seeing if a pearljam.jpg existed there and got a result. If its not true it must be a massive troll

EV does love the Cosmic Psychos. If this is the line-up, I wouldn't be surprised see Eddie guest with them.

If that is the line up then I am very underwhelmed by it. I like Arcade, Blur and Mudhoney, but the rest is absolute rubbish IMO. Of coarse one mans rubbish is another's treasure, but I just can't see any good mid range bands. Still be going to see PJ though.
Hopefully the second announcement will have some great Oz bands like Big Scary, The Trouble with Templeton, Strangers, Arts Martial. Hell I'd even take the Grinners for the 50th time. Liam Finn would be cool also.. Just rambling now
I'll ride the wave where it takes me

This is probably more in hope than anything else, but surely we'd have heard something from Kat or Sea about this already...even if it was just a message telling folks to get their memberships in order?

Anyway, if it is true, then a sideshow at the Perth arena to offset the 'bad' news, please.

Why? Membership won't be of any relevance to the BDO shows, only if there's sideshows.

    Personally, I'm pretty excited!

It's true, Pearl Jam are touring. I know, it's terrible.
