    if its a draft i vote for picking songs you think are going to get played and get a point every time it is. If 12 teams are in the league first pick probably be evenflow or similar, then when it gets back to that person it'll be pick 24. Even flow is a lock, but pick 24 is tricky.

    We have the 12 on the OP.

    Perhaps we can make a second division/league?



    I was thinking make the songs that are played 1-2 times the most valuable so there is a risk. If you miss you get boned with 0 points. Then once you have a song played, you are rooting for it to be a tour rarity, or at least played as little as possible. Or you can play it safe with the guaranteed point songs later on such as DTE and Alive, etc.... or go for broke with Sweet Lew, Dirty Frank, Brother, etc

    Or if everyone would rather a simple point-per-play scoring system, that is cool too.


    Or we can do a Division of each.

    Really like your original idea, just like what you mentioned here. Makes the "gem" songs 1st choices and common ones harder to choose where.

    Then we can come up with our song pool to choose from. Then drafts.

    2 "Conferences" are full. Anyone else interested will be reserves (unless someone wants to start the Ament Conference).

    The Conferences will be picking from separate song pools (as if they were 2 different leagues).

    The drafts will be snaking. We will figure out how to pick the order randomly/fairly. I was thinking maybe by 10c #.

    I like the original idea of trying to pick the songs that will only be played once to get maximum points.

    I think the draft should be live chat. (WIll be hard to pick a date but better than chasing people.)

    Are the conferences against each other? Obviously the conferences allow people to choose the same song, but will there be 2 winners (1 from each conference) that will get the 11 prizes from their own conference, or 1 winner that will get all 23 prizes?

    I think pulling names out of a hat would be more random.

    Or if we use 10club #, then picking a random number from 0-500,000 and starting the first pick as the next highest. (Ex: random number generator 0-500,000 pulls 370,000. The first pick would go to the person with the number above 370,000.)
