Last night fuckin rocked. I was about 5th row back directly in front of Ian. I thought the first 8 ish songs were awesome because there wasn't any moshing yet and I could just dance and enjoy them. They played in a higher key, which was confirmed on twitter, not sure why but I thought it sounder alot better. (Other ppl on the TGA board disagree.)

Here is a pic of he crowd tweeted by Alex L. https://twitter.com/alexgaslight/status ... 24/photo/1

Can't wait for tonight! Bruce is rumored to show up tonight but I'm not counting on that.

I agree with Frankie. Great set. Sound system isn't the best but the energy was top notch.

    Hold Steady killed it.

Hoping for a nice mix up and a long set tonight. Last night was only 21 songs.

Great set list. I am jealous. Playing in a higher key? Maybe its better for Brian. Will have to listen.

Yeah I noticed that the sound wasn't very good, but I thought that was just because we were drowning Brian out?
I'm definitely hoping for a longer set tonight, but Im not gonna hold my breathe..

Also, Bruce is playing a show in Germany tonight. :fp:

I definitely need to get recordings of last night's show and tonight's, so if anyone has any download links. ;)

My sister in law just joined the 45rpm club. She got number 2500 something. Thought it would be higher than that.

Wow yeah that is surprisingly low. I signed up last July and got 1760, so it only grew by aout 1000 in a year

My number is 597 and I was pumped to be part of another Fan Club, but I have been dissapointed so far. Very little communication, although I did get tix through a Fan Club presale, but it was a GA gig and would have got tix anyway.

I was just hoping for more I suppose, but I will stick with them, as there should be improvement after the first year.

The way I see it, you get a tshirt, some stickers, presale tickets for $25. Obviously seniority means nothing now but I joined early in hopes that a few years down the road I will have front row seats. :D Oh, still waiting for that 7 inch.

I guess as long as I keep getting a tshirt, presale tix, and the seniority it will be worth the $25 per year for me. It has been a little disappointing so far, but I'm sure it will get better.

Just curious, are we supposed to get a reminder as to when we re-new our memberships?
