Did they cancel their Mountain Jam appearance?

Yes with a few other dates around then. The reschedule the other shows though.

They seemed all pumped up about the fan club and connecting with the fans through that. They have all but neglected it.

No forum, no single yet, slow info

Ok thanks I almost bought tix for this, hopefully they don't cancel the pier 26 shows.

Yeah, besides the tshirt and stickers, there hasn't been much word on the fan club.

I get emails about shows that are 8 states away. Still waiting for the 7 inch. Oh well. I just hope they get big enough to play reserved seating shows so I can take advantage of my seniority. :D

Those shows are safe. They rescheduled the regular shows already. So they most likely would have cancelled them by now.
  • Getting very pumped for this weekend

Love the Pony summer stage. Great set up.

Also really excited for The Hold Steady

Great way to start the summer on the Jersey shore! Especially after Sandy.

Any idea when gaslight will play? 730-10'? 8-10?

    My guess is between 830-900.

Ticket start time says 6p, and I think there is only one opener. Or am I wrong?

I have an extra ticket to this Saturday's show at The Stone Pony with The Hold Steady. Asking face value, but if you ask pretty please I *might* cut you a break.

Yeah I did just get the email that they added a show in Germany in August. :fp:

Completely agree...hopefully some reserved seating shows soon since I have a great fan club #. Unlike my 10c #.

2 days til Stone Pony and I'm getting excited.
What rarities are they gonna pull out?
I would be excited with all hits because I have only seen them one time prior, but I would love Say I Wo't (Recognize)!
What time are doors? I want to get very close to the rail to avoid the pits if possible..
What is the capacity of the outdoor stage? Never seen a show there yet..

I'd say 2000-2500. The set up there is really great. They set up actual bars outside and the doors to the pony are open. There's not a bad view in the whole place, unless u are all the way back I guess but the lot is not that big to begin with.

999 vs 188xxx. I believe seniority by number isn't part of the Gaslight club. Good thing is they rarely play seated shows. Radio City 2010 was the only one I can recall.

Was really pumped about kicking off the summer right in the heart of the shore.

It's gonna be freezing and raining tomorrow in Asbury. Can we at least have one an not both? Ill take cold and no rain or warm and rain. Whatever happened to may flowers?

Still excited for the show though.

Not yet. I am hoping that it will be in the future though. ;)

Those are pretty good numbers for each though.

Leaving in about a hour to hit Wonder Bar.

    Weather is holding up.

Nothing like a hometown band playing in your hometown.

    Can't wait!!!
