  • the reality of this world makes me sad that one day my daughters are going to ask me why people do this sort of thing. I really wish they didn't have to grow up with terrorism as a daily reality.

I'm not sure it's anything new. Humans will be humans. Sadly

I don't know what to say.

My friends on and around the course are all OK, am thankful for that.

    I am in total shock.

Authorities have confirmed to The Post that they have identified a suspect in the Boston Marathon bombing.

The suspect — a Saudi national who suffered shrapnel wounds in today's blast — is currently being guarded in a Boston hospital.

A law enforcement source confirmed to The Post that 12 people were killed and nearly 50 were injured in today's blast.

Sorry man. :( The feelings about this must be on a whole other level for those who call Boston home.

New York Post screams 12. Not that I trust that, but.... Anyway, they won't know for a bit. This always happens. Remember in Newtown? The number of dead started at 2, and went up slowly from there over hours.

The NY Post is one step away from the National Enquirer - I don't count much of anything they say as valid.

Yes. I imagine it's still chaos right now - no info can be trusted yet.

I read that also, but Boston PD just said 5 minutes ago during the press conference that it was an explosion they are treating as related to the explosions at the marathon.

A third explosion at JFK library. Wtf is going on?
  • I wish news channels, websites would not put up info unless they have confirmation.

It's that shit that sometimes leads to conspiracy theories, because "the story keeps changing."

The people involved in these kinds of tragedies don't need to be hearing of crap like that. They are going through enough.
