As I earlier posted Boston PD has confirmed a person of interest has been detained.
Just saw it on the foxnews web site: "SOURCE TELLS FOX NEWS AUTHORITIES ARE GUARDING A 'PERSON OF INTEREST' IN HOSPITAL WITH SEVERE BURNS " I haven't seen it reported on CNN yet but I've been in and out of the room with the TV.
A person of interest? That could be anyone, no? .... Why would the person have stood around right next to the bombs that they planted? If they wanted to be a suicide bomber, I doubt this is how they'd go about it.... But yeah, who knows. I guess stranger things have happened.... I hope it's not just some middle eastern guy who happened to be there. :fp:
If they are burned they might not be able to leave the scene. Lets hope nurse Fitzy and Marky are leaving this person in pure agony if they in fact committed this crime

The New York Post broke the news that Boston investigators have a 20-year old Saudi Arabian person of interest in the two Boston Marathon bombings. He is being held under guard at an undisclosed hospital location with severe burns, indicating that he was injured during the blast before he was being apprehended.
The man was caught just before 5pm EST, less than two hours after the bombings.
CBS News has also reported that the Boston police have surveillance video of an individual bringing multiple backpacks to the blast site near the finish line on Boylston St.
