Ex Cop in LA rampage......

seriously. a million bucks for info on this guy. they badly want to find him.
if they find him they are going to kill him. they are not going to allow him to testify at his trial. he won't even get a trial. he will be sumarily executed. just watch..."You can tell the greatness of a man by what makes him angry." - Lincoln

The American public does not want corrupt cops. Who that hurts is us.
The Feds are corrupt also....“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” Abraham Lincoln0 -
A lot of large black men walking around with T-shirts saying "I'm not Chris Dorner, please don't shoot me."
And yes... if even half the things in his manifesto are true... that's a pretty big problem. And it's making us talk. That's good.
I'm not defending him and what he did was wrong... there would have been MANY better ways to expose this.
But we're talking.0 -
My sister wrote this am , she is out that way and said the latest was he might be dead?
Car broke down and died from hypothermia- cold weather, who's falling for that? Not she, not I.
I think he is very prepared. She thought maybe another case like DB Cooper.
If that means disappears and no one else is hurt I'm all for that.0 -
Have you guys actually read/skimmed the manifesto?
After all this talk/hubbub, I was expecting major info, something like Iran-Contra / Mena Airport or at least on par with Freeway Ricky Ross and his CIA crack and backing. but it's nothing. a bunch of trivial shit. Racism, abusive arrest allegations, and an organization where cops who know and are friends with other cops prevent their friends from receiving disciplinary action. I'm not saying its nothing, but its nothing crazy, and certainly nothing that would make them want to shoot this guy to keep him from a trial (not like Oswald, anyhow).
It's just a long dumb rambling letter, with grammar issues, a lot of babble about "my name", a lot of specific threats in cop jargon and military speak and, towards the end, a lot of kissing up to political and television figures that quickly helps you dismiss the notion (if for some reason you hadn't already) that this guy is some sort of anti-system renegade hero.
He's just a poor shmuck goodie goodie who pushed the wrong buttons at the force and lost it.
He's pro Obama, pro Hillary, pro George W Bush, pro Feinstein, pro Chris Wallace, Pro Piers Morgan, very very clearly and specifically pro gun legislation/AWB, for some reason anti-Fareed Zakaraia, and then pro Anthony Bourdain and The Hangover Three.
Again, who gives a fuck what this guy might say in court?
Just a nutter whose cheese slid.If I was to smile and I held out my hand
If I opened it now would you not understand?0 -
I haven't read it on purpose. I know he was a good guy who was shit on and lost his job.
Now there's a scenario many can relate to.
Just some aren't going to take it laying down anymore and some watching will agree with that.
I don't think we should be so accepting of corruption in our forces or our government.
Like "oh there's nothing we can do about it". Sometimes they have to pay for what they do
just like the little guys. This guy paid for doing nothing but being honest and going up against
corruption...
Now the shoes on the crooked foot, not feeling sorry here for the corrupt, only the innocent.0 -

He is talking about a cop that kicked a schizophrenic arrestee and then lied about it. He mentions two members of a justice panel review board that were former patrol partners or captains of said kicking cop, whom he tried to get removed from the panel for conflict of interest but could not. They ruled against him and for their kicking friend.
He talks about another incident where the same kicking cop gave an old lady involved in a landlord dispute a severe Indian burn.
Then he talks for a while about the time he was in a van full f white cops and one of them called an arrestee a "nigger". He couldn't fully hear it. Then the cop said it again, at which point he jumped over his seat and strangled the cop. He then whines about how everyone else in the car lied when reports were filed on the incident and said they heard nothing. The cop who was strangled filed his own report against him for strangling him, and then he spends a few sentences talking about how instead of strangling him he should have put a fucking gun into his head.
That's about it.
I GUESS you could call that "corruption" but it is pretty fucking petty. If I was to smile and I held out my hand

Saying that the police won't actually use CPR to save someone's life and instead take cell phone pictures to entertain their friends on the force and so they can raise their days of sitting in the office filling out paperwork and boost overtime... that's not exactly "trivial."
There are a bunch of things in that manifesto that are pretty serious allegations if they're true.
While it's not a secret that the police won't take kindly to whistle-blowers, his manifesto seems to lay out that it's not just the Blue Curtain of cops protecting cops but a system that goes far beyond that to lawyers, independent watch dogs and all the way to the top.
Now... is it all true? No idea. But the story sure has gotten our attention.0 -
This guy's never going to have a trial - he'll either kill himself (if he hasn't already), or he'll be taken out just like *that*...similar to how the police shot the hell out of the newspaper ladies' truck without knowing who the fuck was in there.
They claim the $1M reward isn't about vigilantism, but really...isn't it?0 -

I think we can be sure there is much worse out there.
Those things he spoke out about, stood up against is abuse of power, force,
against regular people. Dorner knew right from wrong. He choose to do the right thing.
He lost his job because of it. I think that is very serious to be wrongly punished.
That kicking cop did he lose his job too or is he out there still abusing his power?
The others that stood up for his abuse what message does that send to cops and citizens?
It might seem petty in the huge realm of things but it wasn't in Dorner's life nor I bet in the lives
of the victims of the cops. And now it's not petty in the lives of the corrupt police either.
Got to start somewhere with change.0 -
per LA Times: gun battle occurred with fish and game authorities after Dorner allegedly tried to burglarize a home (Big Bear) and steal a car. Dorner’s condition was not clear.
2 officers have been shot...condition unknown0 -
This guy is playing Rambo, except he's a bad guy.

why is he still in the country?
there is no word on his condition. maybe he is wounded now? but if he were wouldn't there be a blood trail or something?"You can tell the greatness of a man by what makes him angry." - Lincoln
