    Jason, I'm amazed, after looking at that truck, that the ladies survived at all. How do they not shout "stop" or "police" or something before firing? At least shine a damn light in the truck to see who's in there.

    They aren't going to catch this guy anytime soon. Huge storm rolling into the mountains where he's allegedly hiding out. I think he has had this planned for a long time. He's leading them on a wild goose chase considering the entire police for of Southern California can't find him.

    Honestly, I think he's got dirt on corruption within the department. Kinda makes sense in light of them going stormtrooper over the truck with the mother and daughter.

    Can't say I'm rooting for him after his taking of lives of folks who were just going about their lives...but I sense there's much more to this situation, and it's a real fucking shame that the life of someone with so much heart and potential is now and forever fucked.

    yeah, i in no way condone his tactics...killing innocent people and targeting any police officer is fucked up

    but the lapd is and has been one of the most corrupt organizations for well over 60 years...and i doubt with this it will really change

    A former cop... with a military background... trainned in use of military weapons... in possession of serious firepower... understands police tactical responses... threatens like a terrorist... will not take on the police force head on... will deliver his kills in ambush attacks... targets officer's families... if desperate, will not let you live to become a witness.
    He knows how police work... how they repond. He knows they will spend 3 days scouring the mountain resort town of Big Bear in a methodical, time consuming door to door search... while he makes his get away and heads to who knows where. He knows the police will respond to each citizen call... and he know citizens are idiots who will report a sighting of him shopping at the Home Depot for bathroom faucets. Why the fuck would he be shopping for a faucet?
    He is going to bankrupt police forces who are forced to remain at a heightened alert status... billing over-time ours. A basic terrorist tactic... play the long game and let them spend their way to the poor house.

    The mistake shooting of the 2 ladies delivering papers happened right down the street from my house. We didn't get our paper that morning :fp: The media labled his manifesto "disturbing" but there's really nothing disturbing about it besides his death threats ofcourse. Its something were all probably thinking anyway.
