    Why, with mostly new vinyl like Mellon Collie reissue, do they provide a paper sleeve for the record and a decorative sleeve? Am I supposed to discard the paper sleeve after its opened?

    I'd guess to keep the decorative sleeve in good condition. I keep mine in the paper. I need to break down and buy a batch of the lined paper sleeves. Those seem to keep the dust away better.

    Yeah it's a good'un, though i think the pressing I got isn't the best, but I'll take it. I'm much more enjoying this at the moment...
