Same here in Dwelli. When we first moved here you could buy a little 'Timber Mill' cottage for about $60k....then all the yuppies from Perth started buying them and now, you'd be lucky to get one for under $450k  It's good for us, though.
The other problemn with that though, is that none of these yuppies even live in the houses, so half the houses in town are empty, so the local shops really battle to make ends meet....forcing their prices though the roof :( eg; it costs me over $5 for 3 litres of milk at the general store
Yeah if only we knew that back then.....
Like our economy is better because of it.....
But it must suck trying to getting into the market these days......
Im just about out of water...
Yeah its about 6 here I reckon feels warm tho just turned the heater off....
Yeah hair feels great......what kind of shampoo do u use??
Yep everyone liked it....:)
I ususlly like Dleva for my hair, but I just bought stuff from the supermarket last time cuz is was on special and my hair is seriouly frazzled at the moment!
I'm not saying theres anything wrong with supermarket shampoos, it just isn't right for my hair.
TIP**** Don't ever get sucked in when you're at the hairdressers, to buy what they tell you to buy!!! It's like the old "would you like fries with that" routine......hairdressers are under huge pressure to sell products to their clients and there's usually a quota for 'the flavour of the month' that they have to meet
Seriously.....I was forever getting lectures and getting in trouble from my bosses for not doing this. Sure, I'd ask my clients what they were using and if they were happy with it and if they wanted me to recommend a product I would....BUT....if I had a client that had healthy hair and scalp and they said they were using dog shampoo, I'd say "goodo - stick to it" Different brands work for different people. eg; Redken was THEE top brand in my day and it used to make my hair look and feel like crap, yet was great for others.
It's a matter of trying different brands and finding what suits your hair and scalp. Also.....it's also a good idea to change products every now and then, as your hair can get used to a product and it won't be as effective.
Phew....I bet you're sorry you asked now  LOL! Hope that all made sense??

Anne had the surgery (keyhole) and her right fallopian tube had already ruptured a few days before and she had 500ml of yucky blood floating around that they had to get rid of. She didn't get any pain which is scary because she could have died due to the rupture. If they knew she had already ruptured, they would have cut her open with a big cut instead of keyhole because ruptures are so dangerous etc!
They removed the entire right fallopian tube. There's no way to tell if the left tube will cause blockages etc. Now she's had an ectopic pregnancy, she has a 1 in 7 chance of it happening again.
She can start trying again in 2 months...but her obstetrician has already talked about the possibility of IVF.

A friend of mines sister in law had an ectopic pregnancy last year, and now she has just found out she is having twins!

Oh lovely! Anne's 5 years older than me and we always talked about our kids being similar ages etc...now to think that there is a slight possibility that she won't have any or may really struggle is sad. But she'll be right. Positive thoughts!
Before all these problems, her preganncy was already classed as "high risk" because she's 34!!! That shocked me a bit. Her age could also be the reason why she had the ectopic too. Now Leigh's stressing because we're 29 and 31! ha ha He really really wants kids!

dont worry - its the done thing to wait till mid 30's or so to start with kids these days - its the ones that had them young like me that are the bizarre ones
and they have to class anything over ... i think 29 ... as high risk - it's not something to panic about, all it means is the complication ratio rises a bit with each year; downs, birth complications, gestational diabetes, high blood pressure etc. plenty of women have babies up to their 40's with no probs. plenty of women have hard pregnancies in their mid 20's. everyone is a bit different.
your sister will be ok - a friend of mine had an ectopic, she fell pregnant about 6months after, now she has a gorgeous little 12month old daughter. She was 34.
i think its kinda funny my kids will be in uni by the time all my friends will be in kindy

I'm not really TOO worried about me -- I think Leigh stresses about it because I had polycystic ovaries so 'may' have problems ovulating and 'may' need needles or some crap to make me ovulate etc...and he's already 31.5 and he doesnt want to be having his first kid at 35!!! But only time will tell. He's clucky as hell poor thing!
Thanks for the good stories and reassurance! I keep hearing things like this and telling my sister so she hears the good stories instead of only reading and focusing on the negative stuff.
