Same here in Dwelli. When we first moved here you could buy a little 'Timber Mill' cottage for about $60k....then all the yuppies from Perth started buying them and now, you'd be lucky to get one for under $450k  It's good for us, though.
The other problemn with that though, is that none of these yuppies even live in the houses, so half the houses in town are empty, so the local shops really battle to make ends meet....forcing their prices though the roof :( eg; it costs me over $5 for 3 litres of milk at the general store

Yeah if only we knew that back then.....
Like our economy is better because of it.....
But it must suck trying to getting into the market these days......

I ususlly like Dleva for my hair, but I just bought stuff from the supermarket last time cuz is was on special and my hair is seriouly frazzled at the moment!
I'm not saying theres anything wrong with supermarket shampoos, it just isn't right for my hair.

TIP**** Don't ever get sucked in when you're at the hairdressers, to buy what they tell you to buy!!! It's like the old "would you like fries with that" routine......hairdressers are under huge pressure to sell products to their clients and there's usually a quota for 'the flavour of the month' that they have to meet

Seriously.....I was forever getting lectures and getting in trouble from my bosses for not doing this. Sure, I'd ask my clients what they were using and if they were happy with it and if they wanted me to recommend a product I would....BUT....if I had a client that had healthy hair and scalp and they said they were using dog shampoo, I'd say "goodo - stick to it" :D Different brands work for different people. eg; Redken was THEE top brand in my day and it used to make my hair look and feel like crap, yet was great for others.
It's a matter of trying different brands and finding what suits your hair and scalp. Also.....it's also a good idea to change products every now and then, as your hair can get used to a product and it won't be as effective.

Phew....I bet you're sorry you asked now :D  LOL! Hope that all made sense??
