Lawn mowing is what I have to do today and I really can't be fecked either :( ....I've used the excuse that it's outta fuel and the jerry can's empty for a week now, but I MUST do it today......it's getting out of control.....it's loving this weather we're having - 2-3 days rain and then a week or so of sunshine. Glenn might??? be home on Friday, so if I leave it, he's gonna kick my arse :eek:
As for the weeds, that's a whole other story :( I only got rid of them about a month ago and I'm sure they've come back 10 fold!!! Grrrr! Might be time for some Round Up, me thinks!

he does nothing round the house at all, you have to mow, chop wood, weed ect.

When he came back last time (April) I hadn't mowed one of the back lawns and he was all "WTF do you do all day...blah...blah..." :rolleyes: He was loving the fact that I didn't have absolutely everything under control....haha........so I refuse to even give hime the opportunity!!

Just wait...if I manage to move over there, I will be making up for lost time and it will be MY turn to 'live the life'!!

ugh...our yard is set up so poxilly (there's another one ) we're on 1/4 of an acre and the garden is split into 4 sections.....2 out front and 2 out back....so there's 4 x lawn areas....they're not huge lawns though.

ha ha, mine takes like half an hour to mow, i barely fill the catcher.

i will be happy when i am on that plane, would be happier if i didnt have to stop for 24 hours, but i am not paying for my hotel and expenses there! well to a point... they gave me a budget, the hotel room i booked is $3.80 under budget cut it close! but the place is so damn expensive!!

damn, i think the worst mine has been is 4 catchers full. mid summer, rain, and i left it like 3 weeks and it went crazy.

All you can do is look at the positives......you get to spend some time in Tahiti and then onto an amazing tour and catch up with your friends!!! I know there's been a tonne of negatives thrown into the trip so far.....but ya can't think about that......at the end of it, the good will far outway the bad

When is Townsville going to get cold?!?!?! We've had about 5 cold days so far....I woke up last night hot as hell and had to put the fan on. Grrrr....

Last June we had our coldest day for 60+ years (max of 14 degrees all day)..this June = CRAP!

It seems human nature......I'm whinging it's too cold, Eileens sick of the rain....you're sick of the heat.....none of us are happy. Maybe we should all house share/swap on rotation and share the warmth, cold, rain

I know I'd rather the heat.....the heat doesn't bother me at all.....but I really feel the cold......can never get warm in this weather :(
