    I'm only half way through season 1, but wow, this show is amazing.
    Some reason, whenever I take a poop, I imagine I'm a Dothraki, but I dont do anything weird like throw poop or eat a heart or anything like that. I just have long hair and a beard and have been accused of being slightly barbaric at times... Fit right in. :mrgreen:

    Im also actually putting off watching the second half, just to let it all marinade for a bit.

    Ooooh, ***Spoiler***, I cringed when the Dothraki poured melted gold/silver on that guys head to kill him! That was sick and poetic.

    Can't watch trailers for something I already know I want to see.... I find it just spoils the scene when it actually happens...

    Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

    They actually don't show any scenes in that trailer...it's just black and ominous and awesome!

    Blue Ray for season 1 is excellent. Season 2 comes out in February, but I imagine it will be just as good.

    I have season 1 and i think it is pretty fantastic. Lots of extra interviews and in depth information on the blu ray that the tv show touches on but does not go in depth into.

    Season 2 dvd comes out in Feb

    The commentaries on season 1 are worth it by themselves, definitely get it! Can't wait to get season 2 :D

    It should be. It makes no sense to me why HBO refuses to put the DVD's out before christmas and insist on waiting a month before the release of the next season. I know they want to generate buzz but it seems more likely to increase viewers for the upcoming season if diehards like me could force the DVD's on people as christmas presents and guilt them into watching it until they fal in love with the show :fp:

    I guess they figure fans are gonna end up buying the dvd's/blurays no matter what time of the year. But yeah, you'd think they would push more volume with a holiday release.

    i have taken it upon myself to warn everyone NOT to read these books ... :lol::lol:

    there are purportedly 7 books in the series of which only 5 have been written ... each book gets subsequently longer and more verbose ... it took spanky 5 years to write and publish book 5 ... even at an aggressive pace - we may not see the final words of these books finished by 2018 ... and that is if he doesn't reneg on finishing it in 7 books ...

    if you choose to read these books - you will soon find yourself with the rest of us ... lost in some wasteland ... like a cult waiting for our day of sacrifice ... a junkie looking for another hit ...

    don't do it ... you have been warned ...
