    Can't wait for the PGA Championship @ Kiawah - what a tough track...
    I'll be amazed if under par wins this thing - especially if the wind plays a factor...
    I had the opportunity to play this course a few years back and it ate my lunch for sure. 25-30 mph headwinds, greens were faster than any I had ever putted on before in my life. The caddy said most people, being honest, cannot break 100 with a mulligan a side.
    Anyone remember the "War on the Shore" in 91? What a Ryder Cup - that final day the winds off the ocean blew hard and the best pros in all of the world looked like hacks...

    Talk about some awful planning by the PGA making the PGA Championship the same weekend as the Olympics. I know all these events are planned years in advance so there had to have been a way to avoid this. I'll still watch what I can, but I'd much rather watch olympics.

    Tiger is currently in the clubhouse at -3 - the leader is currently Joost Luiten and he is thru 14 and is an amazing -8. Rory is at -5...Big John stayed at -4. Winds are up now...
    Some big #'s out there...the early guys got a terrific advantage with literally NO wind at all - supposed to howl this afternoon and the next few days...
