It's a ways away, but let's talk Fantasy.
Where do you think the Bears players line up?

Forte is clearly a top 3 fantasy RB.
Where do you think Cutler stacks up? He's got more than enough guys to throw to this year...
What do you think about Marshall?
The Bears D has always been solid fantasy-wise.

    Thoughts?
I really don't want to work today guys, so let's discuss!

    Behind that line? :nono:

They were 7-3 and rolling last year behind that shitty line before Cutler got hurt. Now we're adding 2 actual WRs. I'm going with 12-4.

not to mention all the 7 step drops early in the year.

now you offense with real WR's, and a QB coach and offense coordinator that are willing to listen to the QB without needed to be called out in the press.

I agree with Forte as long as he stays healthy, and for Cutler you could probably get him late as a solid back up. Risky to pick up a WR untill you find out who Cutler likes to target. Marshall may be a steal late in the rounds.

    +1

You have to figure in the mental dud game that the Bears always have. Like Denver last year. I can also see them losing to Dallas on the road and Houston at home as well......

    11-5 hopefully
    12-4 best case
    10-6 realistic

Yeah, the fact that the coaching this year will be willing to adjust will be huge. Won't be like the bullshit w/ Martz the past couple years.

He also couldn't audible either. So many times last year, you could see him go up to the line and have a look of "fuck me, this is gonna hurt!".

I think no other team in the NFL made better off season moves than the Bears did. I cannot wait for the season to start! I don't think I've ever been more excited about a Bears team than I am this year!

if Forte plays, he's a first round pick...the hold out scares me tho. seems like players never perform well coming out of a holdout....which might push him to the early part of the second round.

Cutler is a steal past round 3. he's gonna be pushing 4K yards and 20-25 passing TD's with a one or two running TD's tossed in. He's a high value pick. he's been a great sleeper pick the last couple of years, but i think he'll go higher this year. i'll be looking to snag him.

Marshall is a lock for 1K yards recieving with 6-10TD's

    behond that....it's a crap shoot.

Bush is a lock to go sometime as a backup.

the rookie WR could catch fire, or do nothing. i can see him actually leading the team in TD catches.

Hester has value if you get points for returns

anything short of the playoffs is a dissapointment.

Yeah, I'm the only Bears fan in my fantasy league so I'm hoping and guessing guys won't focus on Cutler. I'm really hoping to snag him as my backup. If I can't manage a top 5 QB, I'm taking him. He's definitely a sleeper pick!
I too worry about Forte and you're absolutely right about guys coming off contract situations/holdouts. I had him last year on my team with MJD. I was destroying people until he got hurt then my season went to shit.
I'm almost thinking Marshall might be a backup or a flex option. Maybe a #2, but I just think that teams are going to double up on him and stuff him hard which is why I think the rookie and maybe even Bennett might put up similar numbers as Marshall.

    forgot about Earl the pearl

i'd say he'd be the second leading WR after marshall. i agree teams will try and take marshall away, but they have been doing that for several years now. just look at least year.....miami didn't have an NFL Qb on the roster and nothing outside of marshall out side and he still put up solid numbers.

now you give him his favorite qb, as well as something reselmbling a NFL wide out on the other side and he should have a solid season. i'd rank him somewhere between 10-15 overall at the position

I think Bennett is going to have a great year. He'll be that slot WR which is perfect for him. He may be a fantasy sleeper as a #3 WR or flex guy.
