Oh, and I don't think your math is right ... it's 1,600 miles there from Chicago, and then 1,600 back, so that's a 3,200 round trip. Divided by 20 comes to 160 gallons, which at $4/gallon is $64. So I think Speedy is more spot on ... close to $300 a person for travel, plus food and stuff.

to be fair...i was doing 2K miles...

so for the van i did 2000/9 = 222 + gas at 3000/20*3.75 = 29 = 251

81 shows up late on the morning we leave for Montana....

So since demand seems to be high.....

I'll organize this...

Cost...lets plan on 325 per person to cover our bases.....and money left over will be refunded equally.

that covers round trip transportation on the party bus (bus rental/fuel/parking)

you are in charge of your own food/beer/tickets/etc etc etc.....

we'll research camping, and update...if you want a hotel, that is seperate and you are on your own....

plan is to leave early thursday AM from chicagoland....arrive sometime friday in Montanan...party for 3 nights....and leave for home on monday morning sometime....arriving home tuesday...

one side show to see the presidents...if it's on the route....

if you are seriously interetsed, drop me a PM and i'll put you on the reserved list....


i've not thought payments, but once we confirm the slots, i would suggest a 100 non refundalbe deposit by july 10th(?) and balance due by the end of august(?).....i'm open to suggestion....but i don't need to be on the hook for a 2K rental. :x
