I think this is officially getting out of hand.
I shouldn't have even opened that door

my vote would be van...unless we can't get nine people...in which case, i would be down with a caravan...and would offer up my truck for the trip
I vote van too... we can still do a caravan with the bus on point! I'm guessing we're gonna get more than 9 people by the time this thing get rolling. Make a stop in Minn and wherever else to pick up some more travelers. I don't think Montana is ready for this.
I vote caravan. But I'm obviously in for the van if we need the people to meet the minimum number for the rental.
If we get more than nine or choose caravan, I volunteer to drive my car.
I cannot believe I read all 10 pages of this thread...
I will be in Butte on Friday for sure, if you guys are really all driving out, I will try my best to be in Missoula on Saturday (it's 2 hours between both cities). If you guys wanna stop for beers in Butte on Friday, hit me up.
Chit, I haven't had my 4G phone out in Montana...they are a little slow on the cell service, I will be lucky if they have 3G now. Verizon is the carrier there, if you have Verizon, you're good.

I think a stop in Butte is a great Idea? Maybe camp there one night?
Butte is cool, since I have family and friends there, going to the bars is fun. I can search out places to camp for you if you like.
can't we just stay at your place
Last time I stayed in Butte, I got a hotel room, all my friends have kids and no extra rooms. Family all have smaller houses...you can stay in the pit...

what's the pit? if we are camping, don't think it really matters on house size.

I'm kidding, you shouldn't go in there, Butte is an old copper mining town. That pit is where they mined for copper, it's full of toxic stuff. I can figure out stuff as we get closer to the date.

since you are getting a hotel, i guess we can park in the hotel lot and crash with you.
honestly, it really all depends. Most of the nieces have moved out, so I may be able to stay at my sister in law's...one has a huge yard.
I can recommend that everybody eat a pasty:
and try a pork chop sandwich:

i hear rick is driving in from the philly area to get on the bus.....
we'll call the philly to chicago portion "a prelude to a kat"
where kat = kick ass time
that looks tasty
ok, that took me a few minutes - I thought you wanted me to pick up Kat (the mod) on the way....sure, why not
But only four years? We're getting off light!
