    Croatia was the better team on the night, but you were also very unlucky... A penalty denied by the ref and an own goal sums it all up. And Croatia's first goal was not too convincing either....

    :lol: Thanks man. I have English heritage, but only started becoming an England/Chelsea fan after traveling to London earlier this year. I love the way Europeans root for their teams/countries. We have too many professional sports in the US, where our passion is diluted by American football, baseball, basketball and hockey. Europeans have one team they root for like religion.

    Watched both games yesterday, thought that was crazy lineup for Spain, 6 midfielders, but maybe the strategy was to just not lose the game?

    England v France should be a great game today, I won't be back in this thread as I am at work, DVR'd it so I will watch it later.

    Enjoying the tournament so far.
