Admittedly, I overlooked Paul Millsap's game... what a stat sheet he had last night too:

    26 points
    15 rebounds
    4 assists
    3 steals
    1 block

Paul gets it done on both sides of the floor, and I think that's what separates him from Al as the MVP of the Jazz.

been a fan of this guy for a while ... i reach for him every year in my fantasy league ... and this year - he actually excelled that ...

really ... i would say that paul and al work really well together and play unselfish team basketball ... and that they are both co-mvps ...

Totally agree with you. The two of them together make a great duo of bigs. I also really like that Paul shows he is versatile and able to play the SF position. He might be undersized as a PF, but he makes up for it with other parts of his game.

Utah needs to hang on to their bigs. Their looking to be one of the most dominant front-courts in the league. That's a rarity in today's NBA, and that is an advantage that could become very useful. I really hope there isn't much change with the roster over the off-season. With the exception of Miles, Bell, and possibly Watson, keep the roster how it is. Only problem is... what the hell are you going to get for those three dudes?

Yeah. But, on the other hand... I think Corbin has shown that he is a very capable coach. He's learned very well under Sloan and has embraced that system with his own tweaks on it, which frankly, I think is what Sloan needed to do. It seems that his offense was getting to be way too predictable by every team in the league.

I do miss Jerry though. He was at the Orlando/Utah game...

ok, obviously I do not follow basketball at all, but when I see a news headline that says:

    "NBA Suspends World Peace"

I have to ask - what the hell is going on?!?!

maybe because they did the same thing last year, and then choked in the playoffs.

Pop and SA deserve a lot more credit than they get. However, because they don't really play flashy basketball and instead play fundamentally sound and "boring" basketball, no one gives two shits to see them play.

I've always liked/appreciated the Spurs franchise... but considering Utah is playing them in the first round, I hope they crash and burn.

I've never understood why people write these guys off. So what if they're "old". They've got some role players that really pull that team.

I would never count Boston out of making a title run if they're in the playoff picture. They have the ability to turn it on and get serious and knock your dick in the dirt if you allow them. Just ask the Miami Heat.

I give Doc a lot of credit. He knows how to use his pieces.
