Doors - Fillmore East - 1968. I was only a kid (10 going on 11) and had been listening to bands like the Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Grateful Dead, Jefferson Airplane & the likes of Dylan, etc. but I wasn't that much 'into' music and didn't know who the Doors even were. It was a Saturday and I was staying for a 'sleep over' at my friend's. Her dad worked at the Fillmore and asked it we wanted to see where he worked and watch a band. I was blown away (even at that tender age) and the Celebration of the Lizard has been branded on my brain since. My first and most amazing experience of live music.0

If only I had been a few years older, I could have appreciated what I witnessed a lot more (and nicked a poster or two!)
