Yeah, man. The outcome made it a bit sweeter for me but yeah. Game 3 right now. I was right across the street watching a hell of a show as this was going on.

I couldn't miss a game. It was tough going to the show on Halloween, but it was a reasonable compromise after giving up my PJ pair to the second of 4 shows of tix I had.

Brutal going to the show. My cell phone service was sucked too. Great time though and I wouldn't have done it any other way.

Yeah, hindsight says I made the right decisions as well. Miss the second show to see Cliff smoke the first game, miss game 3 to see PJ play a historic show. Really was amazing, more for you guys, but being able to drive like 5 minutes from my house on Catharine to the Complex was awesome.

Definitely, dude. You missed the right game for you to not see. It was a fucking awesome week. I don't think I have ever been so drained. Good people, world series, great fucking music in an awesome venue (where I met my girl who also loves pearl jam), good booze and plenty of extra goodies.

Say what you will about Arod but that dude is a smart fucking baseball player. Hearing him talk about that Lidge at bat and how he attacked him is just awesome.

Or Damon's heads-up to advance to third because Brad doesn't know his responsibility.

Yeah, the only time I have ever seen that. I was so confused (as everyone was) as it was happening.

Yep, that was fucking awesome. I love that team. What a fun year. The first year of the new stadium, the new guys, the walk offs, everything was just awesome.

I'm sure every Yankee fan was saying, "what the fuck is Damon doing?"

Cashman has become very talkative the last few years, it was very funny when he challenged Bobby Valentine to rappel the building in Stamford next year.

Yeah, man. He definitely has it seems. I like it. I would imagine it has to do with George not being around anymore and Hal running things differently and just being more comfortable with his position and power. It's great though. He seems like a pretty cool dude.
